DrCloudEHR provides you with the ability to access and review treatment outcome measurement reports created by Outcome Referrals. You can use the reports to help you identify areas of treatment that produce positive results for a patient.

To use the feature, the patient fills out a Treatment Outcome Package (TOP) questionnaire via a web link. The questionnaire asks how the patient feels treatment is coming. Outcome Referrals then creates a report based on the questionnaire and puts it in a folder accessible to DrCloudEHR.

DrCloudEHR automatically downloads the report and matches it with the corresponding patient. The application performs the match by comparing the Client Code in the report with the TOP identifier set in the patient's Demographics data to perform the matching. Once the match is complete, the application saves the report as a PDF file to the patient’s Documents > Wellness Outcome Referral folder. 

If the report cannot be matched to a patient, you can assign it to a patient manually.

Add the TOP Identifier to Patient Demographics

You must set each patient's TOP code in the Demographics data in the Patient Summary Chart page. Outcome Referrals provides you with the code.

  1. Click the Patients tab. 
  2. Click Patient Search/Add in the left hand navigation bar, and then search for the patient. 
  3. Select the patient from the search results.
    The Patient Summary Chart page opens.
  4. Click the Edit button under Demographics.
  5. Enter the patient's TOP identifier in the TOP ID # field.
  6. Click Save.

View Reports

You can view a list of downloaded matched and unmatched reports within a selected date range. You can also search for reports assigned to a specific patient. 

  1. Click Practice.
  2. Click Administrative in the left navigation bar, and then click Wellness Outcome Referrals.
  3. Select the date range to search for, and set other filters to suit your needs.
  4. Click Search
  5. Click the Download icon to download the report in PDF format to your computer.

Manually Match a Report with a Patient

If DrCloudEHR cannot match a report with a patient in the system, you can assign the report to a patient manually.

  1. Click Practice.
  2. Click Administrative in the left navigation bar, and then click Wellness Outcome Referrals.
  3. Select the Unmatched radio button, and then click Search to search for unmatched reports only.
  4. Select the checkbox next to an unmatched report, and then click Assign
  5. Click the Pick Resident field and search for patient in the Wellness Documents - Assign popup window.
  6. Select the patient, and then click Assign.
