You can accept credit card and debit card payments directly in DrCloudEHR through the application's integration with Global with Global Payments Integrated (formerly OpenEdge Payments).  You You can accept credit card payments through the following places in DrCloudEHR:

You must have a card swipe device attached to your computer to swipe a patient's credit card or debit card.

Note: You must create an account with Global with Global Payments Integrated to accept and process credit card and debit card payments.

1. Click the Patients tab, and then select the patient for whom you want to accept a payment. The Patient Summary Chart page displays. 
2. Click the New Payment link under Billing. 
3. Select Credit
4. Click the Billing tab.
5. Click Patient-wise Payments in the left navigation bar.
6. Select Credit Card or Debit Card from the Payment Method menu.
7. Enter the payment amount in the Paying column.
   
8. Click Pay & Save. 
9. 
   Enter the Image Added
   
   
10. Click the Make Payment button at the bottom of the page.
11. Select Manual Entry or Card Swipe.
12. Optionally click Save The Card to save the card details for future payments.
13. Click Process Payment.
14. If you selected Manual Entry, enter the credit card details needed to process the credit card transaction. The Customer Information section is populated with data from the patient's Demographics.
15. Click Process Make Payment.

1. Click a patient appointment in the calendar.
2. Click the Check In Arrived With Payment button.
3. Select Credit Card or Debit Card from the Payment Method menu, and fill in the other relevant details.
4. Click the Pay & Save button. 
   
5. Enter the details needed to process the transaction.
6. Click Process Payment.
