The report contains the following columns:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Date | Timestamp for the event. |
Event | Type of event. |
User | User who performed the activity. |
PatientID | Patient associated with the activity. |
Success | 1 indicates the application successfully retrieved event data from the database. 0 indicates a failure to retrieve the data. |
Comments | SQL statement displaying the event details retrieved the database. Review this column to understand what we done during the event. |
Complete the following steps to generate a user activity log:
- Click the Administration tab.
- Expand the Other tab, and then click Logs.
- Select the time period during which events occurred.
- Optionally click in the User field, and then select one or more DrCloudEHR users.
- Optionally click in the Type of Event field, and then select one or more events.
- Optionally start typing a patient's name the name of the patient associated with the events in the Patient field, and then select a patient.Optionally select the Checksum box to add a column containing the checksum value for each event to the report.
- Optionally select the number of event records to include in the report. The more records you include, the longer the report might take to generate.
- Generate the report.
- Click Submit to generate a report on demand.
- Click Offline Reports to generate the report in the background. Select this option for reports that contain a lot of data, and therefore will take a long time to generate.
