  1. Navigate to the person's chart where you want to log the call.
  2. Scroll down to the activity section.
  3. Select the option to log a call.
  4. In the subject field, choose "Phone Call." You have the option to change this to "Email," "Send a Letter," "Quote," etc., but we will keep it as "Call."
  5. Enter comments regarding the phone call. For example, you might note that you received a call from the case manager about the upcoming recertification of Jazzy to remain in the home.
  6. Search for the contacts associated with Jazzy. In this case, Janie Slink is identified as the case manager.
  7. Pull in the contact information for Janie Slink from the system.
  8. Save the logged call.


After saving, you can review the activity log for the person. This log will show a trend of activities, including previous emails and the newly logged call.
