A fee sheet contains the information used to bill for services provided during an encounter, including service and diagnosis codes.  A fee sheet is automatically created when you create a new encounter or open an existing encounter.

When you generate a claim, the billing information in the claim is pulled from the fee sheet. If you need to regenerate a claim, you should make all changes in the fee sheet, and then generate the claim. You can also make adjustments to the fee sheet and customize it according to your facility's needs.

Note that you can view the fee sheet's change history and a list of adjustments made by clicking the buttons at the bottom of the Fee Sheet page.
