- Navigate to the person's chart where you want to log the call.
- Scroll down to the activity section.
- Select the option to log a call.
- In the subject field, choose "Phone Call." You have the option to change this to "Email," "Send a Letter," "Quote," etc., but we will keep it as "Call."
- Enter comments regarding the phone call. For example, you might note that you received a call from the case manager about the upcoming recertification of Jazzy to remain in the home.
- Search for the contacts associated with Jazzy. In this case, Janie Slink is identified as the case manager.
- Pull in the contact information for Janie Slink from the system.
- Save the logged call.
After saving, you can review the activity log for the person. This log will show a trend of activities, including previous emails and the newly logged call.
