You can create Electronic Treatment and Medication Records (ETAR) to track administration of medications provided to patients in residential facilities.

Configure Drug Interval Times

Specify the time intervals at which medications should be administered to patients.

  1. Click the Practice tab.
  2. Click the Administrative tab, and then select Drug Interval Times.
  3. Click the Add drug interval times button.
  4. Select the drug intervals and the interval times. 
  5. Click Save.

Create an ETAR for a Patient

Create an ETAR for an individual patient.

  1. Click the Patients tab, and then search for the patient for whom you want to add an ETAR.
  2. Click the Clinical tab at the top of the Patient Summary Chart page, and then select ETAR.
    The ETAR page opens with a list of existing medications.
  3. Click the Add button. 
  4. Select the medication and the date and time at which to administer it.
  5. Click Save.
