When examining a client's facesheet, our aim is to ensure that their health concerns are easily apparent to anyone responsible for administering care.
- Click on the clients tab.
- Click "view" to view the client's summary chart
- Hover on "Clinical" and select issues:
3. After selecting issues scroll down and select desired issue or allergies.
4. Enter Information into text boxes and click "save" to save information.
