DrCloudEHR integrates with the Methasoft Treatment Management System to enable you to track methadone doses dispensed to patients in the treatment of opiate addiction.

DrCloudEHR uploads patient demographic data into the patient's Methasoft profile on a daily basis.

Methadone dosage information is sent by Methasoft to DrCloudEHR each day in a comma-separated value (.csv) or HL7 format file. DrCloudEHR parses the file and uploads the information for each patient to the database. 

View Demographic Data Submission Status

DrCloudEHR submits and uploads demographic data for patients enrolled in addiction programs to each patient's Methasoft profile in HL7 format on a daily schedule. The data includes the addiction program the patient is enrolled in. 

Files are submitted to a folder that Methasoft to a folder that Methasoft retrieves files from. Methasoft checks the file for new files every 2 minutes. You can view the status of submitted HL7 files, as well as download submitted files for each patient. You can also click the CSV Export file to download a file in .csv format that contains the file submission status details based on your search criteria.

You can optionally click the Submit Manually button to submit demographic data files that are ready for submission in real time. The files are submitted to the folder that Methasoft retrieves files from.

1. Click the Practice tab.
2. Click Interface in the left navigation bar, and then click Methasoft.
3. Click Export.
4. Enter any search criteria, and then click Search.
   
   
   
   
5. Records submitted for each patient appear in the table below. Click the arrow icon in the Download File column to download the submitted file for a patient in HL7 format. 

Automatically Process Received Methasoft Files

Data for each patient receiving Methadone or similar treatment is sent by Methasoft to DrCloudEHR on a daily basis. The file containing the data for each Methasoft claim is sent in .csv format or HL7 format. 

When a file is received, DrCloudEHR parses the file and uploads the information for each patient to the DrCloudEHR database. DrCloudEHR matches the data with each client using first and last name, gender, and date of birth. The application then creates an encounter with the Methasoft results for the patient.

1. Click the Practice tab.
2. Click Interface in the left navigation bar, and then click Methasoft.
3. Click Import.
4. Enter your search criteria, and then click Search.
5. Data for received files appears in the table below. Click the icon in the Download File column to download the a received file.
   
   
   
   
6. You can click the View button under Process Details to view any errors or warnings associated with a file download.
   
   

Manually Process a Methasoft File

You can manually upload a .csv file or an HL7 file received from Methasoft, such as a file sent in an email, to DrCloudEHR. Once uploaded, the file is processed in the same way as an automatically processed file.

1. Click the Practice tab.
2. Click Interface in the left navigation bar, and then click Methasoft.
3. Click Import.
4. Click Choose File. The Upload File window opens.
5. Click Choose File, and then navigate to the .csv file.
6. Click Upload File.
7. Click Process File.
