Use the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) feature to document care assistance delivered according to the goals, objectives, and interventions outlined in the Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan (MDTP) created for a patient. The ADL feature ensures that individual records are maintained in a timely and accurate manner so that data can be used to analyze care improvement, an absolute requirement for achieving best levels of Value Based Reimbursement.
- Click the ADL tab in the top navigation bar.
- Start typing the patient's name, and then select the patient in the results.
- Click Log/View Activity to view or update activity records.
