To use the Residential Court Report form, follow these steps:
- Log In and Select Person:
- Log in to the system.
- Select the person receiving services.
- Navigate to Forms Section:
- Find and select "Reports."
- Select "Residential Court Report."
- Locate and Select the "Residential Court Report" Form:
- Locate and select the "Residential Court Report" form.
- Fill Out the Form:
- Complete all fields, which may include:
- Personal Information
- Legal History
- Current Legal Status
- Court Dates
- Case Notes
- Save the Form:
- Save the completed form.
- A record will be created with an assigned ID.
- Click on the Record:
- Ensure accurate entry of all relevant information, including details related to the court report.
- Make any changes if needed.
- Review and Print:
- Click on the link on the top-right labeled “Print Residential Court Report.”
