  1. Click the Practice tab.
  2. Click Administrative in the left navigation menu, and then click ClientTell Log
  3. Select the reminders to display:
    • Select Target Appointment Date to view reminders based on the appointment date.
    • Select Generated Date to view reminders by the date sent.
  4. Click the calendar icons and select the target date or a date range that you want to view.
  5. Select whether to view reminders that were successfully sent, or reminders that failed to be sent.
  6. Click Go.
