Scroll down towards the bottom of that page. You will notice a Section that is automatically created: Signatures. You control the Signature Types required to complete a form by selecting the available checkboxes.

For those Signature Types that correspond to your organization’s Access Controlled List (ACL) of users (i.e. Clinician, Supervisor, Doctor), you control which group or groups of users are authorized to sign for the Signature Types you’ve selected. Simply click the desired checkboxes check boxes from those that appear.

Note that Clinician ACL Group members are automatically marked as being authorized to sign for Clinicians, just as Clinic Administration ACL Group members are automatically marked as being authorized to sign for Supervisors.
