- Click the Reports tab.
- Select the report you want to generate in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Click Custom Reports to access custom reports created for your organization.
- Click Form Builder Reports to access forms built using Form Builder.
- Click Active to view the list of forms currently in use.
- Click Inactive to view the list of forms that you can modify.
- Click Custom Reports to access custom reports created for your organization.
- Enter your search criteria. The criteria you enter is converted into a SQL query that is executed against the database.
- Click Search to execute the query and generate the report.
