You can also view the status of previous appointment remindersfile submissions to Intrado. You can view reminders files that were successfully sentsubmitted, or reminders files that failed to be sent and need to be resubmitted. 

  1. Click the Practice tab.
  2. Click Administrative in the left navigation menu, and then click ClientTell Log
  3. Select the reminders to display:
    • Select Target Appointment Date to view reminders submissions based on the appointment date.
    • Select Generated Date to view reminders submissions based on the date the reminders files were sent.
  4. Click the calendar icons and select the target date or a date range that you want to view.
  5. Select whether to view reminders files that were successfully sentsubmitted, or reminders files that failed to be sent.
  6. Click Go.
