  2. Create a New Event: Select the option to create a new event. This allows you to add another agenda item.
  3. Choose Event Type: You can schedule a clinical or service appointment related to a specific individual or opt for a generic event that does not pertain to any person.
  4. Open New Event Box: If you select a generic event, a new event box will appear. Here, you can input various details.
  5. Input Event Information: Fill in the necessary information, including the location and subject of the event. You can either type in the subject or select from a dropdown menu.
  6. Assign the Event: For example, if you want to schedule a weekly QIDP meeting, assign it to yourself if you will be managing it.
  7. Set Date and Time: Specify the start and end time for the event. For instance, you might schedule the meeting for Friday from 3 PM to 4 PM.
