Use the calendar feature to schedule and manage provider appointments and events.

You can export provider appointments to an .ics file, which you can then import into your Microsoft Outlook client. For more information, see Export Appointments to Microsoft Outlook.

  1. Click the Schedule tab.
  2. Select a provider in the Providers field on the left side of the calendar.
  3. Select the time in the calendar.
  4. Click the Provider tab in the Add New Event dialog.
  5. Provide the details, including the category, the facility, and the billing facility.



  6. Click Save.
