A user can now enable or disable the class based Consent forms as a new table is created in Administration > Other > Forms.

Encounter Forms

The following are the enhancements made in Encounter Forms:

Assessment and Intake Form

In the Assessment and Intake forms, performed the following changes:

• Replaced the Basic Assessment of Protocol of Symptoms Screen title with Basic Assessment of Symptoms.
• Modified the existing check boxes to Yes / No box that is similar to the Substance Abuse History section.
  

Monthly Status Report Form

• The  Monthly Status Report form now also displays the Non-billable CD facilities appointments along with Billable CD facilities.

 A&D Assessment V1 Form

• The A&D Assessment V1 form is now enhanced with the following completion criteria fields and page identifiers to make the required completion criteria simple from the list of options on multi page forms:

• • Counselor
  • Start and stop times(Based on global flag this field will display)

Facility

The Facility drop-down list in Practice > Procedures > Lab Results > Electronic facilities displays the list of facilities only for which the Lab results are created.

Global Flags

The following Global Flags are added as drop down in place of Restrict encounter creation when patient is not admitted to the encounter facility:

• Stop encounter creation: This global flag restricts the user from creating the encounters when the patient is not admitted.
• Allow encounter creation on user confirmation: This global flag displays the following message when a patient is checked in with an appointment facility that is not admitted:
  "Patient is not admitted to the appointment facility.Do you still like to check-in the patient"

Group Session

The Group Notes field in the Group Appointment section now enables you to add the notes even for the Absent, Excused Absence statuses. Earlier, this option was only applicable to Attended status.

Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan (MDTP)

The Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan has introduced the following list of providers in the Add Plan/Edit Plan > Edit Condition/Edit Identified Needs > Add Objective > Calendar Categories > Add sections:

• Service Coordinator
• Prescriber
• Counselor/Therapist
• Case Manager
• Group Facilitator 

Patient Service Report

Reports

The following are the enhancements made in Reports:

Patient Admit History Report

• The Patient Admit History Report is enhanced with bed information which includes the following fields:
  • Room Type
  • Bed Number
  • Bed Type

Net Revenue Report

• The Net Revenue Report is enhanced so that the user can receive the Contract Amount from the Billing table instead of Contract Amount tables.

Export Workflow

CSV Export fails to function in Practice > Administrative > Forms Workflow > Export Workflow.
