• The authors or creators of an encounter form can now eSign the encounter forms that they have created. The eSign my Encounter forms ACL is added in Administration > ACL to enable this option.
• You can now delete your scanned documents. The Delete my Scanned Documents ACL is added in Administration > ACL to enable this option.

Consent Form

• The Consent form is enhanced with the following key words that has updated the Address format in the Consent form template tool:
  • Facility street
  • Facility Country

  • Facility Fax

  • Facility Zip Code

Encounter Form

• The encounter forms are enhanced with an option to navigate to the required encounter forms. when they are rejected. An arrow button is added beside the rejected encounter form notification in Reminders section of Inbox > Messages.

Global Flags

• The following global flags are added in Administration > Global Settings > Calendar:
  • Restrict the users from editing the POS Code: Restrict user from modifying the auto-populated POS Code on Individual/Group Appointment page.
  • Restrict displaying the default pay amount for Group Activities: Do not auto-populate the pay amount at Group Activity check-in on Group Appointment page.
• The Individual categories in the New Encounter page are displayed when you enable the following global flag:
  • Show only Individual appointment Categories at New Encounter" under Features.
    

• When there are errors in the encounters, an alert message displays while closing the encounter from the Group Session page.
• The Group Notes field is added in Group Appointment section that enables you to add the notes.

• You can now print the Assessments using the new Batch Fee Assessment Report which is added in Billing > Masters.
• The encounters that are created through Lab Results are now displayed under Patients > Reports > Service Reports along with Individual and Group Appointments.

• The existing Claim Rules documentation is revamped and updated. For more information about Claim Rules, see Claim Rules.

• The Counselor Dashboard results now consists of Admit Care Team option along with the Primary provider.
  

• The Exclusions feature provides an option to restrict all the users of clinic across the application from viewing the patient information through Administration > Exclusions. 

• The 277 Claim Status is displayed in Claims Manager using the Other option that is added in Claims Manager > Claim Status.

Contract Amount

• Sliding scale option intermittently fails.

Reports

• DrCloudEHR fails to generate Prorate report for the June Month.
• Actual Custom Report does not match the Custom Preview report due to the facility restrictions.

Form Builder

• The application scrolls the user to top of the form, when Allergies, Diagnoses, and medications options are modified in the Form Builder forms.
• Conditional logic fails in SUD History and Physical** Form Builder form.
  

• User fails to edit a paused admission date due to the overlapping date check.

Schedule 

• Calendar fails to automatically select all the providers in Facility when the facility is selected.
