The product enhancements that are made in DrCloudEHR RC2 August, 2018 are as follows:

Add Diagnosis screen enhancement

When the Primary Diagnosis Code checkbox is selected on the Add Diagnosis screen , user now has the ability to highlight facilities based on their needs, by the addition of a new global flag named For Primary diagnosis at Medical Problem page, auto-select these facility(ies) . User can choose

  • All facilities (default)
    all the facilities in the drop-down are shown as selected.
  • None
    none of the facilities are shown as selected but user needs to select at least one facility to save medical problem as primary.
  • Facilities of admit facility's program type
    all the facilities that have the same program type as admit facility are shown as selected. (Program type can be set at Practice-Administration-Facilities-Settings)
  • Logged-in user's default facility
  • All of patient's admit facilities

Forms Review

Forms will now be sent to supervisor for review only when the supervisor signature on the form is mapped at 'Practice > Administration > Forms Settings' and the supervisor has not yet signed the form.

Inactive/Active Users

The inactive users list appears along with the active users in a few sections across the application.
