Encounters

Batch Closing/Reopening Encounters:

The following filters are added to Practice > Batch Closing/Reopening Encounters.

  • Service Code
  • Service Code Type
  • Billed/Unbilled Status

Billing Manager

The following new filters are added to the Available Search Criteria in Billing Manager:

  • Place of service
  • Billing Units
  • Encounters service code count: This can be used to see Encounters with more than one service code

Group Therapy Note

Start and Stop time fields have been added to the Group Therapy Note.

Users can access those fields by setting the global flag "Show/hide the Start, Stop Time at Group Note form". Please contact your site DrCloudEHR admin for instructions on how to set the flag

Forms classified as "Class-based"

On forms classified as "Class-based", when more than one users attempt to edit the same form at the same time, system alerts the users with the message "Administrator (User Name) is editing the form", thus preventing unintentional override of data

Note: This functionality will be extended to forms built using the Form-Builder tool in the near future

Medications search options

Users can now search medications based on the facility. The Admit Facility drop-down field is added in Patients > Administer Medications.

Form Builder Forms

Users can now save time and effort by using the Dragon Dictation tool that is built into all forms built using the Form-Builder tool. Dragon Dictation is a speech recognition tool which translates speech to text.

  • DCES-2641: Inactive users appear in the user drop-down list across the application.

  • DCES-2841: Provider list in the supervisor drop-down menu in HR tab of Administration > Users > User Profile needs to to be in alphabetical order.
