Enhancements


Patient Name Search


You can now use wild cards while searching for a Patient

This would prevent users from accidentally creating a duplicate patient in cases where the name was hyphenated or partially misspelled

Usage Example:

If you have a patient named Tom Hanks-Cruise, you can type Hanks in the search field to pull up Tom's records.

Financial Reports


A new report named Balance Due Report is now available. Run this report to see balances due by Patient and Insurance as well as non-billable amounts.

To access this report navigate to Reports > Financial Reports > Balance Due Report. Click here to view the report.

Billing Manager

You can now restore the default filter selections in the Billing Manager by clicking the new Clear button.


Clientell


An optional second phone number field phone_cell2 is now available to send to ClientTell via the CSV export file. Enter the second number in the phone_cell2 field in patient demographics. Reminders for appointments are sent to these phone numbers along with the existing phone_cell contacts.


Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan (MDTP)


Auto-save is now enabled on the Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan (MDTP) forms

Patient Report


Entering Patient name in the Patient field will now display PID# and HRN/External ID# of the Patient. Below is a sample


Forms Review Page


Form Review Page in Supervisor Workflow is now more User-friendly! Users can click on Next and Previous buttons to access all forms that need to be reviewed, without having to first review the 25 forms displayed.


PAN Expiry Notification


The PAN Expiry Notification in the Inbox will now provide notifications of the expiring PANs of currently admitted patients only


Provider Service Report


The Provider Service Report(PSR) now displays the contract amount that is valid at the time of creating an encounter

Note: When the encounter is closed, the contract value in the PSR may be updated based on the applicable billing rules for that encounter
