Organizations

Organizations can now be deleted using the new Action column added to Organizations tab at Practice >Administrative 

Organization data can be added or modified in the encounter forms through the Add button and the Action column respectively

Users now have the option to hide the Session Fee column on the Patient Demographics > Service Report via the new global flag Hide Session Fee Column at Service report.

Counselor Dashboard is now enhanced for better readability and reduced clutter! Check the newly added checkbox Show only details which are incomplete to show only incomplete items.

ETAR

Signed ETARs can now be updated via a new Addendum feature. This feature provides a way to document the effectiveness of medications, after the initial record capturing the details of the administration is completed

Patient Insurance

When the payer type of the selected Insurance is Medicaid or Medicare on the Patient Insurance page, subscriber dropdown cannot be changed from SELF, since this is how Medicaid and Medicare works. Thanks to one of our customers for pointing this out! Go Community!

In our continued effort to prevent revenue loss, this option will help avoid claims rejection due to the subscriber information not matching with the insured information.

The Stop Prior Authorization Notifications checkbox in Users page can now be used to stop the PAN notifications for that user. 

Notes

A new Reason for deletion feature is introduced in the demographics Notes. Users will now have to enter the reason for deletion if they choose to delete an existing Note.

Users are now prevented from creating a new encounter whose time overlaps with another encounter for the same client. If clinics should choose to create overlapping encounters for same client, it can be done by disabling the global flag Prevent Overlap Encounter

A new feature is introduced in the Compile PRP program that ensures that all the supporting H2016 encounters are closed with no errors before creating the H2018 billing encounter.

An appropriate error message is displayed against the incomplete H2016 encounter and restricts users from selecting it for compilation
