Applicant Wait List
Wait List now has the option to make corrections to the wait-listed client. It also has an option to delete client from the wait list.
Group appointment
Users now have the option at Group Appointment > Add/Remove Patient(s) to only show those patients admitted to the default facility of the user editing the appointment.
Custom Reports
Custom Reports can now be built via a Custom Query that users can create. The query can be entered directly into the Custom report parameters and saved. This makes custom reports generator process easier and faster!
Denial Manager
Two new filters 'Adjustment Reason' and 'Remark Code' are now available in the Denial Manager.
- Adjustment Reason filter
- Displays all the adjustment reasons present in the system.
- Displays all claims denied for the selected reason.
- This filter is applicable only if a claim is Denied by the Payer( received in ERA).
- Remark Codes filter
- Displays all remark codes present in the system.
- This filter is applicable only if a claim is Denied by the Payer( received in ERA).
Telehealth
Telehealth Appointment feature now has the option to resend the meeting invite link to the Client, and also to an additional optional email address if required.

Billing Manager
A Bill Type filter has been added to the Billing Manager which allows users to select between HCFA, UBO4, all or none.

A new filter PRP Billing is introduced in the Billing Manager that allows the user to view all encounters for the PRP program for the selected month and year.

Manage eSignature
Certification field in Settings > Manage eSignature can now be made mandatory for eSignature via a global flag "Certification value is required for eSignature"

Calendar page
Provider can now see his/her calendar page by clicking the new button My Calendar added on the Calendar page.
Forms lookup at the Past Encounters page
The forms lookup on the Past Encounters page now displays forms in preview mode by default. A new Edit Form button has been added to allow users to edit the form if no other user is editing the same form at the same time. This protects data integrity and prevents data from being overwritten.
Forms Supervisory Review
Supervisory Review audit form page now allows users to designate who to send notice of audit to (previously this was limited to their supervisor only). The recipient of the notice can directly link to the form from their inbox notification message.
