Lists

Form builder list fields gives an ability to use the existing list of items that were created in the application.

A user can link the source to the list field by selecting a list from the list of topics at the settings ( "List external Topics")

There are five types of list fields:

Single-Select

Allows the user to select an item from the drop-down list.

Multi-Select

Allows the user to select more than one value from the list. 

Matrix (Grid of Lists)

The Matrix list allows the user to displays as a table using items from two lists. This allows the user to select or enter positive or negative values, within a box at each intersection between a row and a column.

Radio buttons can be used for single select items, in lace of boxes. in columns, but multiple choices or selections in rows. One can keep track of all values entered into boxes, and both row and column totals. There is the option for grand totals to be displayed as well.

Scoring

Scoring fields allows the user to set score to the fields, when the fields are selected or enter values in form, system sums-up the score of the selected fields and displays the total score.
