You can view the status of encounter forms in progress for a patient. The form status is based on the Golden Thread rules and form completion criteria that apply to the form. For more information on Golden Thread and form completion rules, see Using Golden Thread Rules for Quality Management Rules.

When you select to include a form in the dashboard, a column for the form displays in the dashboard. The column contains an icon indicating the form's status. Click the icon at the top of the dashboard to view a legend describing the meaning of each icon.
