1. Click the Practice tab.
2. Expand the Administrative tab, and then click the Practice tab.
3. Click the Wellness Outcome Referrals link under Practice Settings at the top of the page.
   Click the link under Host URL.

4. Enter the values provided by the vendor in the Settings page. You can select users in the practice who will receive Inbox notifications in the Notification User(s) field.
5. Click Save.
